1. Platform Role
GetQuickCare provides a service coordination platform that connects users with independent service providers.
GetQuickCare does not provide services directly.
GetQuickCare does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Independent Providers
Service providers operate independently and are not employees or agents of GetQuickCare.
Providers are solely responsible for:
• Service delivery• Professional licensing• Service quality• Compliance with applicable laws
3. No Service Provider Relationship
Use of GetQuickCare does not create a provider-client relationship with GetQuickCare.
Any service relationship exists solely between the user and the independent provider.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in, users agree to receive SMS messages from GetQuickCare related to service coordination.
These messages may include:
• Appointment confirmations
• Scheduling updates
• Coordination messages
Promotional messages are sent only if separate consent is provided.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Users may request assistance by replying HELP.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Payments
Payments for services are handled directly between the user and the provider.
GetQuickCare does not collect or hold service payments unless explicitly stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
GetQuickCare is not responsible for:
• Services provided by independent providers• Provider actions or omissions• Service outcomes• Disputes between users and providers
7. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold GetQuickCare harmless from claims arising from use of independent providers.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
