These Terms & Conditions govern use of the GetQuickCare platform.

1. Role of GetQuickCare

GetQuickCare provides lead generation and operational software tools to participating clinics.

GetQuickCare does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All medical services are delivered by licensed providers under the supervision of the respective clinic.

2. No Provider-Patient Relationship

Use of this platform does not create a provider-patient relationship with GetQuickCare.

Any provider-patient relationship exists solely between the patient and the selected clinic.

3. Independent Clinics

Participating clinics operate independently.

Clinics are solely responsible for:

• Licensing and supervision• Clinical decisions• Provider conduct• Treatment outcomes• Patient consent forms• Refund policies

4. Payment Terms

All payments for medical services are processed directly by the clinic.

GetQuickCare does not collect or hold medical service payments.

Platform fees are charged separately to clinics.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in, users agree to receive text messages related to appointment scheduling and, if separately consented, promotional messages.

Message frequency varies.Message and data rates may apply.Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Limitation of Liability

GetQuickCare is not responsible for:

• Medical treatment outcomes
• Provider actions
• Patient-provider disputes
• Clinical complications

All clinical responsibility rests with the respective clinic and licensed provider.

7. Indemnification

Users agree that GetQuickCare shall not be liable for claims arising from medical services provided by participating clinics.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
